This high-performance gas module integrates automatic ignition, precise control, and multiple safety protections, enhancing cooking efficiency, simplifying operation, and ensuring the highest level of safety. It is perfectly suited for commercial kitchens and high-end home environments.
Intelligent Automatic Ignition System:** One-button start. Users simply operate the control panel, and the module's internal electronic ignition device instantly generates a spark, reliably igniting the main burner and achieving rapid preheating within seconds.
High Reliability Design:Utilizing industrial-grade ignition elements and stable circuitry, it ensures a high ignition success rate even in humid and dusty kitchen environments, meeting the stringent requirements of continuous, high-intensity operations in commercial kitchens and preventing operational interruptions due to ignition failure.
Precise and Flexible Flame Control:Provides precise flame adjustment, not just temperature setting. Users can freely control the heat according to the cooking stage.
High-Intensity Preheating:The flame can be adjusted to maximum at startup, quickly bringing the oven stone or cavity to the optimal baking temperature (typically above 400°C).
Slow Baking: After the pizza is placed in the oven, the flame can be adjusted to a moderate and stable temperature to ensure a crispy crust, well-cooked toppings, and perfectly melted cheese.
Adaptive Cooking: This function also supports different types of pizzas (such as thin and thick crusts) or other oven-baked dishes that require different heat levels.
Before using this gas module, please read and understand all safety instructions. Negligence may result in fire, explosion, personal injury, or property damage.Professional Installation: Installation, gas connection, and initial commissioning of this module must be performed by a qualified professional technician to ensure compliance with local gas and safety regulations.
Ventilation Requirements: This module is designed for well-ventilated professional kitchens or outdoor environments. The installation location must be equipped with a standard high-efficiency exhaust system to prevent the buildup of carbon monoxide (CO) and other exhaust gases.
Gas Type Confirmation: Mixing different types of gas is strictly prohibited! This module is factory calibrated for natural gas (NG) or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Ensure that the gas type on the module label is exactly the same as your gas source. Using an incorrect gas source may result in incomplete combustion, the production of toxic gases, or equipment damage.
A leak check must be performed after each reconnection of the gas line and before first use after a long period of inactivity.Method: With the gas valve open but not ignited, apply soapy water or a dedicated leak detection solution to all gas line connections (from the gas source valve to the module inlet). If bubbles continue to form, a leak is present; immediately shut off the gas supply and tighten or replace the connection.
When igniting, do not bring your hands or face near the burner sight glass. If ignition fails on the first attempt, immediately turn off the control knob and wait at least 60 seconds for the accumulated gas to dissipate before attempting ignition again.During operation, the flame should be a stable blue (a small amount of yellow flame at the tip is permissible). If the flame is excessively long, flickers, is completely yellow, or unusual noises occur, it indicates an abnormal combustion; immediately shut down the equipment and inspect it.
Children and unauthorized personnel: This equipment operates at high temperatures; ensure that children and untrained personnel are kept away from the operating area.
Before starting daily use, operators should perform the following quick checks,Visual Inspection: Inspect the module, gas lines, and valves for visible damage, oil stains, rust, or foreign object buildup.Odor Check: After turning off the oven, smell for a rotten egg odor (this is a warning odor of a gas leak). If present, treat the leak immediately.
Cleanliness Check: Visually inspect the burner nozzles, ignition needle, and flame probe surfaces to ensure there is no visible soot or food residue covering them.WARNING: All maintenance work must be performed only after the equipment has completely cooled and the gas and power supply have been completely disconnected! After the oven has cooled to room temperature, clean the inside of the oven of any food residue and ash to prevent it from falling into the burner.
Wipe the module housing and control panel with a soft, dry cloth. Regular deep maintenance is recommended monthly or as needed based on usage frequency.Burner Head: Carefully remove the burner and gently brush all nozzles on the burner head with a soft brush to ensure they are unobstructed. Never use hard objects such as wire or needles to unclog the nozzles, as this may damage the precision nozzles.
Ignition needle and flame probe: Gently wipe the metal tips with a dry cloth or fine sandpaper to remove carbon deposits and ensure the surface is clean. Maintain their original shape and angle.Check gas connections: After reinstallation, be sure to perform a leak check.
| Symptom |
Possible reasons |
Exclusion steps |
No ignition spark, burner does not light |
1. No power supply (for electronic ignition types). 2. Faulty ignition generator or electrode. 3. Control knob not pressed in correctly. |
1. Check power outlet, cable, and fuse. 2. Contact qualified technician for replacement. 3. Firmly press the knob before turning. |
Ignition spark is present, but burner does not light |
1. Main gas valve closed or gas supply depleted. 2. Ignition electrode misaligned or incorrect gap. 3. Abnormal gas pressure (too high or too low). |
1. Open the main gas valve or replace the gas cylinder. 2. Adjust the electrode tip to a 3-4mm gap from the burner port, ensuring proper alignment. 3. Verify supply pressure; contact gas supplier or adjust regulator (for LPG). |
Flame extinguishes immediately after releasing the control knob |
1. Flame sensor probe not detecting flame (dirty, misaligned, disconnected). 2. Weak thermocouple output (worn out). 3. Faulty safety solenoid valve. |
1. Clean the probe tip; ensure it is positioned within the pilot/flame envelope; reconnect the wire securely. 2. Replace the thermocouple. 3. Contact qualified technician for service. |
Abnormal Flame (Yellow, Lifting, Too Large) |
1. Incorrect gas type used. 2. Improper air-to-gas mixture (air shutter adjustment). 3. Clogged burner ports or obstruction in burner. 4. Excessive environmental draft. |
1. STOP USE IMMEDIATELY and verify gas type matches the module specification! 2. Adjust the burner's air shutter (if equipped) to increase primary air intake. 3. Clean the burner assembly thoroughly 4. Relocate oven to avoid strong drafts or cross-ventilation. |
| Poor or No Flame Response to Control Knob |
1. Blocked or faulty internal control valve. 2. Loose or misadjusted control linkage. |
1. Contact qualified technician to clean or replace the valve assembly. 2. Inspect and recalibrate the linkage mechanism. |
