A: The products in the catalogue are only a small part of our many customized styles. They represent that we have made them and can produce them, but they do not mean that the molds can still be used or provided to you, because some customers have paid for the molds fee.
A: It is usually 45 to 60 days. Most of the materials are not in stock, and each order starts from raw material procurement, goes through production, and ends with offline testing. Especially for new products, there may be some issues found during the first batch of testing, which may require a second production run.
A: We will assess the mold fee based on the product. Generally, when the annual usage reaches our requirement, the mold fee can be refunded after one year.
A: We have passed ISO and CE certifications. There is a 100% factory inspection before each shipment. Generally, we guarantee that if the quality does not meet the standards within one year after delivery , please provide relevant proof (including photos, videos and test reports).
