Dual-Venturi Tubular Burner BN 1115

Widely used in industrial fan heaters, household stoves, RV camping stoves, commercial large-capacity ovens, industrial fryers, convection ovens, large frying pans, floor-standing boilers, large storage water heaters, and laundry dryers.

The dual Venturi air intake design ensures pressure balance within the long tube, allowing the precision nozzles on the combustion tube to produce a highly consistent flame, completely eliminating heating dead zones.

Made of 304 or 430 high-grade stainless steel, it has excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, and will not deform or rust even under frequent start-stop thermal cycling environments.

Featuring an atmospheric premixed design, the unit power can reach 3 kW to 35 kW. By optimizing the air-fuel ratio, it significantly reduces gas consumption and carbon emissions.

Equipped with an integrated mounting bracket, it supports "drawer-type" installation or quick flange connection, allowing maintenance personnel to easily disassemble, clean, or replace the nozzles.

Switching between NG and LPG can be achieved simply by changing the nozzle, without the need for complex air-fuel ratio adjustments.
