The core combustion module of this gas heater is designed for efficient and safe heating scenarios: It uses a porous ceramic heating plate and a metal airflow structure, which rapidly converts gas combustion into far-infrared heat, resulting in fast heating and strong heat penetration for even and thorough warming of the space; the sealed cavity and multi-channel exhaust design effectively reduce residual exhaust gases, making it safer to use with other heaters; it is compatible with various models of infrared/portable gas heaters, is easy to install, and is a key consumable for outdoor terraces, workshops, factories, and localized home heating, ensuring your heater maintains a stable heating effect.

Installation Guide
Installation Direction: The ceramic heating plate of the burner should face the heating area (avoid contact with the inner wall of the equipment; leave a 2-3cm gap for heat dissipation);
The three metal connectors should face the gas/exhaust pipe side, ensuring a smooth and bend-free connection.
Required Space: The installation area should have a space of length × width × height ≥ burner size + 10cm (for heat dissipation, pipe connection, and future maintenance).
Grounding Requirements: The burner's metal mounting frame must be reliably connected to the equipment's grounding terminal to prevent static electricity or leakage risks.
Gas Connection: Use a pressure-resistant gas hose (inner diameter ≥ 10mm). After connection, test the interface with soapy water to confirm there are no air bubbles or leaks;
Exhaust Connection: Connect the burner's exhaust port to the equipment's exhaust pipe (exhaust pipe diameter must match the connector size);
Electrical Connection: Connect to the equipment's control circuit (voltage must match the equipment's rated value, typically 220V/110V).
Operating Instructions
Safe Start-up
First, open the main gas valve, then connect the power supply;
After starting the heating program, observe whether the burner heats up normally within 30 seconds (this can be confirmed by the equipment temperature display or by feeling the temperature).
Operating Precautions
Do not touch the burner body during operation (the ceramic plate surface temperature can reach 1200℃);
After continuous operation for more than 6 hours, it is recommended to pause for 15 minutes to allow for cooling (the interval can be shortened appropriately for high-frequency use).
Shutting Down the Equipment
First, turn off the heating program. After the temperature drops below 60℃, then disconnect the power supply and close the gas valve.
Maintenance and Inspection
Maintenance Frequency and Operation Recommendations(Recommended weekly/monthly operation)
Gas Filter: Disassemble the filter weekly, blow away impurities with a high-pressure air gun, or rinse with water and dry before reinstalling.
Ignition Electrode: Every two weeks, gently polish the oxide layer on the electrode head with fine sandpaper, ensuring the electrode spacing remains 4-6mm.
Burn Head Cleaning: Monthly, after turning off the gas/power, clean the carbon deposits on the ceramic plate surface with a soft brush (do not scratch the ceramic surface with sharp tools).
Troubleshooting
Slow heating/Insufficient heat: Clogged gas filter; clean/replace the gas filter.
Burner not heating: Poor contact of ignition electrodes; readjust electrode spacing and clean oxide layer.
Unstable flame: Carbon buildup in burner head; clean ceramic burner surface.
Gas leak: Poor sealing of interface; retighten gas interface or replace with a new sealing gasket.
